The archive consists of photographs, slides, articles and publications from Goldfinger’s lifetime; physical drawings and models; personal photos and memorabilia; and contemporary photographs and articles.

Goldstein Residence

The project scope is to design a residence for Mrs. Charles A. Goldstein (1936-2015). Mr. Goldstein is a board member of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and heads their real estate department in the 1970s and early 1980s. With the law firm, he manages legal work for the projects of the Empire State Development Corporation, including their Hotel Commodore, Portman Hotel, Hotel St. George, and South Street Seaport. He also works on housing on Roosevelt Island.
The Beresford Apartments, completed in 1929 and designed by Emery Roth, then at the pinnacle of his career as a specialist in apartment house design, is one of the largest and grandest of the apartment buildings along Central Park West. It is a 20 story building with 183 apartments.
On September 15, 1987 the building is designated an individual landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.
On April 22, 2024 the property is sold for $2,790,000 USD.
